Simona has over 20 years experience in the immigration industry and currently holds a holds a full license as an immigration adviser, as well as being an accredited recruitment professional, a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA), and a professional translator accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI). Simona also completed the COP in “Immigration Law and Practice” from Massey University in 2006.

A former migrant herself, Simona understands well the anxiety and trauma that other migrants feel when going to a new country and often a brand new culture. It was due to her work as a translator and interpreter when Simona was initially exposed to migrants’ hardship, trials and tribulations of the immigration process. Her empathy for people shows when she takes onboard all the perceived problems. Simona has a friendly and open approach to the task at hand and has been very successful in helping many migrants settle in New Zealand.
