Steven has broad global industry experience including manufacturing, food and beverage, hospitality, retail, ticketing, legal, call centre and for the past 13 years in the wholesale and distribution industries in New Zealand and Australia. Experience gained as a Systems Analyst, Financial Manager, Financial Controller and Global Finance Co-ordinator has gained him knowledge and expertise in management, P&L and balance sheet management, budgeting, planning and strategy and reporting. Using his skills developing financial modelling and analysis; systems and controls; process improvement and automation focusing on revenue maximisation and expense rationalisation, and driving operational efficiencies he has gained extensive experience assessing and providing both tools and solutions to improve business efficiency and effective fiscal management. Steven also has in depth knowledge and practical experience concerning due diligence, payroll, IT and Human Resources.
