I am the BDM for the company and that means I go out to see the new potential landlords who want me to manage their property’s from the onset of them wanting to rent it out.

I find the right tenant for the right property and owner and get the best market rent for my owner at the same time . We then do the full management of the property.

I am a restaurant manager by trade but been in sales for over 20 years, I love the people contact and following through and seeing people happy I won’t rush someone if I don’t think it’s right for them for whatever reason I will work with you and alongside you for the best outcome.

I will work with an owner to get them a great long standing tenant who will look after their property.

I wont sugar coat anything if you need to do things to the property I will tell you, but I will also help and put you in the right direction to get these done or organise for you if you would like .
